With verdict of the 12. May 1998 -312 OS 85/98 - "responsibility for Links"
(http://www.online-recht.de) the country-court of Hamburg decided that if necessary one takes responsible for the contents of the HP, to which the Link is set.
This can only be prevented, in that one expressly dissociates oneself from these contents.
